We have made gathering information and shopping on our site as easy as
possible us but we want you to

NatureWurks offering. And remember, unlike the big online

FOR
PRINTS ORDERS
Creating these prints from the original
transparencies or digital files does take
special skill and a certain amount of production
and preparation time. We are of course happy to
ship prints that we have on hand, or that are
hanging in any of our gallery locations. You can
in fact purchase prints off the wall in any of
our galleries and we are always happy to check
our inventories to see if certain prints can be
supplied right away. But for prints that need to
be printed we ask at least 10 working days to
print and/or print and frame prints. While
printing digital can be accomplished quickly,
the prints require about five days to "off-gas"
before they can be placed behind glass. Due to
these technical requirements we are unable to
deliver print-on-demand prints in less than the
6 days.
PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE
All payments must be made in
US funds. We accept the following for payment: PayPal,
Master Card, Visa, Postal Money Orders and checks. For fraud
prevention purposes,
Checks
and
Money Orders
will ship once
funds clear our bank. This could take up to 2 weeks or
more. Money orders are considered equivalent to checks
and must wait to clear before shipping. For faster service,
consider paying with a credit card.
Certified
Cashier's Checks
will ship day of receipt only
if the bank will verify funds. Most banks will verify.
Please confirm that you are getting a CERTIFIED Cashiers
Check. An official Bank Check or Cashier's Check is
considered a check.
SHIPPING – NORMAL PRODUCTS
We ship all
orders via USPS (United States Postal Service or United
Parcel Services. We ship via standard delivery unless
requested and at additional customer cost. In the event that
shipping is upgraded at customer request, we will quote and
charge the additional amounts.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
For orders
outside the United States, it will be necessary to quote the
shipping charges on a individual basis. For a specific quote

you wish the order shipped.
SHIPPING – PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS
We ship prints Monday through Thursday only,
unless otherwise arranged. We do not ship on
Fridays in order to avoid having the artwork sit
in cold damp warehouses over the weekend.
DAMAGE
If your package arrives damaged and
you suspect damage to the items
inside, make a claim with the
shipper, and call us as well, we
will then determine the necessary
action for replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our 100%

standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. We make
it easy for you to make a return or an exchange if you are not
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the products you
have ordered are not right, or need to be replaced, please
contact us
with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone
number where we can reach you during the day. We will then look into
the matter and arrange with you regarding shipping details.
SALES TAX
All items
shipped to a North Carolina address will have NC Sales Tax
added to the total.
